Job Summary As an Investor Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in connecting BiggerPockets members with investor-friendly agents or lenders tailored to their specific market and investment strategy. Your expertise and support will be delivered through various channels, including texting, phone calls, and Zoom sessions. Key Responsibilities Provide specialized support to BiggerPockets members seeking to find an agent or lender, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and success. Communicate directly with investors via SMS, phone calls, and Zoom sessions to understand their strategies, market, and needs. Schedule and conduct calls with BiggerPockets members, documenting detailed notes for follow-up and future reference. Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls, ensuring seamless communication and organization. Engage naturally with investors to learn about their goals, challenges, and preferences, providing personalized support and guidance. About You To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service or communications environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and needs. Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software. A background in real estate is preferred, but not required - we'll provide training and support to ensure your success.
