Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing delays. About You: The Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service or communications environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
