Job Highlights Company: Workwarp, a part of the Amazon ecosystem Start Date: Immediate openings available, offering a unique opportunity to make an impact from day one Compensation: A competitive salary, reflecting the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay ranging from $66,800/year to $142,800/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience Location: Remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with global teams Position: Strategic Content Program Manager, Seller University, a critical role in driving global content strategies and empowering sellers worldwide Key Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with our global partner teams and central content creation team to create customer-focused content roadmaps for Seller University content across worldwide stores. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining and driving global content strategies that meet sellers' needs and help them start and grow their business on Amazon Implementing mechanisms and workflows that ensure available content remains fresh and gets updated as seller programs and tools evolve and change Partnering with Content Creation, Program and Product Management, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service, and Risk teams to launch seller initiatives and programs in other global regions, ensuring accuracy and relevancy for worldwide sellers Creating content roadmaps that reflect the larger content strategy and educate sellers on key selling tools and programs across global stores Working with product subject matter experts and vendors to adapt content assets for global stores, ensuring cultural and regional sensitivity Setting up content maintenance mechanisms that ensure content updates are implemented on a global level across all relevant stores, reducing redundancy and improving efficiency Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to create best practices for efficient global content scaling, leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements Reviewing global store metrics and identifying opportunities to adjust content roadmaps and the larger global content strategy, ensuring data-driven decision making About the Team Amazon Seller University's Learning and Development (L&D) team is a collaborative and innovative group of product, learning design, program, analytics, and tech professionals who work together to educate and empower sellers. As a strategic content program manager, you will be an integral part of this team, contributing your expertise and passion for content development and management to drive business growth and seller success. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 4+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving process improvements 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, with experience in data analysis and interpretation Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization, with a focus on efficiency and scalability Experience in defining, developing, and executing on ambitious content roadmaps, with a deep understanding of content strategy and development Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, with experience in stakeholder management and presentation skills 3+ years of driving process improvements, with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement Experience in localization or global scaling of programs and initiatives, with knowledge of a second language encouraged Experience building processes, project management, and schedules, with expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation Ability to think strategically and drive business growth, with a focus on customer obsession and seller success Experience with content management systems and tools, with expertise in content strategy and development Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
