Job Overview As a Strategic Partnerships and Executive Communications Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving the direction for our company's most senior storytellers. You will be the intersection of company and customer, helping us leverage top company innovators and leaders to reach our most important stakeholders with impact and differentiation. Your deep understanding of what our external partners care about will elevate our executives and drive effective, breakthrough thought leadership across our core priorities, from customer-first products and programs to network innovation, AI, and digital inclusion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive and impactful thought leadership plans for C-suite leadership, aligning with our company's strategic priorities and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, external partners, and customers, to drive engagement and collaboration. Drive the creation of compelling narratives and messaging that showcase our company's innovation, impact, and values, and that resonate with our target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership, helping to build their personal brands and reputation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our thought leadership and stakeholder engagement efforts. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, executive communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving impact and results. Experience developing and executing comprehensive and impactful thought leadership plans for C-suite leadership. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to strategy and execution with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, external partners, and customers. Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. Ability to manage multiple work streams and responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Capable of thriving in high-pressure and fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications, with experience working as a corporate communications professional. Previous exposure working with senior leaders and a strong understanding of executive protocols, with the ability to maintain poise and professionalism. Strong understanding of the technology and telecommunications industry, with knowledge of key trends, challenges, and opportunities. Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $128,000.00 to $239,000.00 annually, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.
