As a Strategy and Business Growth Lead, you will be an integral part of this team, driving the global expansion of Airbnb's Experiences business and contributing to the company's continued growth and success. The Role: Strategy and Business Growth Lead, Airbnb Experiences As a Strategy and Business Growth Lead, you will be responsible for co-developing and executing innovative strategies that drive growth, quality, and innovation in Airbnb's Experiences business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, marketing, sales operations, and supply, to achieve shared objectives and deliver meaningful business results. Your expertise in strategic leadership, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth for Airbnb's Experiences business across various regions and experience categories Navigate and address regional and category-specific challenges and opportunities, and work to prioritize across many different lenses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver meaningful business results Lead cross-border projects to accelerate the global expansion of the Experiences business, ensuring alignment with global team goals and Airbnb's long-term goals Leverage analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans that enhance the performance of our experiences business Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable guidance and support to help Experience Hosts thrive within the Airbnb marketplace Own and influence the business outcomes of this high-growth area, strategically planning for the next phases of expansion Think outside the box to come up with novel ways of structuring incentives, business models, and ways of working to allow the business to be nimble and enable efficient scale Your Expertise and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 10+ years of experience leading high-growth businesses, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align functional teams Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses, with experience in the consumer services industry, particularly within a digital company Strong analytical abilities combined with a deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership Expertise in driving collaboration across diverse teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and a unified vision Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs, with a strategic thinker and a passion for innovation and new product development Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization, with a focus on process improvement and community engagement What We Offer At Airbnb, we are committed to providing a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your skills and experience.
