Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Make a great first impression on every call, and build trust and confidence with clients and customers Foster a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence Quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, utilizing active listening skills Proactively take action to resolve customer needs, and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance Improve skills through practice, and apply new knowledge or skills quickly to stay ahead of the curve Solve problems and take advantage of opportunities without being asked, demonstrating a growth mindset and high work standards Enjoy working in a technical workplace, and be comfortable with learning new technologies and systems Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals. You will need to be results-driven, committed to sales and customer service excellence, and have strong PC and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Office experience in industries such as home inspection, carpet cleaning, maid service, or handyman is a plus, but not required.
