About the Role We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our call center team. As a CSA at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our flagship clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate intake calls and requests, ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services. Key Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer experiences by consistently providing clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Log and track calls and requests while servicing clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients, identifying areas for growth and improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A flexible schedule, with availability to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills Very good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls, with excellent data entry skills Reliable and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual skills, preferably in a non-Spanish language, with the ability to communicate fluently with clients in multiple languages Experience in the language/translation industry, with a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of language services Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
