Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operational support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and transacting data for basic to complex data transactions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our provider data. Your expertise will be essential in supporting projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products, as well as collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality provider data to our members. Key Responsibilities Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products Ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider data, performing data cleanup and maintenance as needed Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality provider data to our members Provide operational support for basic to complex data transactions Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to manage and analyze data Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others to exceed expectations Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our Heart At Work Behaviors.
