You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the future of arenaflex and driving business success through exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversees the development and implementation of digital experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers * Translates customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions * Drives technical solutions for complex features and functionalities independently * Has in-depth knowledge of end-to-end system architecture * Creates data streams and functional and technical specifications as needed * Responsible for defining acceptance criteria for an item feature * Responsible for documentation of requirements and acceptance measures per process, provides guidance to others in the working group * Works with makers, designers, and QA to adjust on feature estimating and delivery planning * Ensures the design team has required information on endpoints, data sources, and results * Helps resolve technical blocking issues and arranges solutions across various technical groups * Performs approval of feature against customer and business objectives and acceptance rules * Determines technical feasibility, conditions, and requirements of features with help from adjacent technology groups as needed * Recognizes technical trade-offs, heightens chances, and manages mitigation in collaboration with neighbor ST groups * Discusses technically with innovation and business groups independently * Serves as a mentor/tutor to the group on different technical item manager skills * Works with design to define technical solutions for explore definition * Defines item execution and effectiveness metrics that action and benchmark item success * Screens feature execution to find amazing opportunities to address continuous improvement * Drives enhancement and interaction upgrades between item, design, and development groups * Keeps up-to-date with new technology capabilities and uses knowledge in adding to item solutions * Suggests and designs innovative items and features * Works with item managers to scope and focus on upcoming projects into the roadmap * Manages a cross-group digital item guide * Builds powerful relationships with key internal design, item, and design groups * Leads and manages item backlog and needs with our business and technology partners * Leads item backlog training meetings collaborating with design, item, and business **Service and Communication** * Show others how it's done – with confidence, an optimistic attitude, patience, trustworthiness, and honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility * Ability to 'read the room', to realize what is possible and what isn't, and to know how to navigate what is happening professionally and successfully * Ability to participate in difficult discussions that result in sure, significant outcomes * Ability to actually navigate complex political landscapes * Seek and give legitimate, straightforward feedback * Group building authority * Ability to set expectations and hold people and colleagues accountable to their responsibilities * Drive that favors compromise and resolution over agreement building * Remarkable written and verbal communication * Marvelous service skills for all kinds of interactions **Intuition and Learning Agility** * Understanding of IT program and portfolio management practices * Master-level knowledge of standards and practices for IT project and program lifecycle management activities and expectations * Clear understanding of task technical activities, including: (1) project analysis and planning; (2) project, program, and portfolio planning and design; (3) system integration; (4) data transformation and migration; (5) environment management and build cycles; and (6) organization planning and execution * Aptitude in MS Project (Project Server) and at least one program portfolio management tool, such as MS Project Portfolio Management (PPM) * High-level skills in the MS Office Product Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Experience** * At least six years of experience as a project manager, with no less than three of those years in an IT or software development setting * Proven experience delivering large project implementations.
