As a key member of our Technology Analyst team, you'll play a critical role in defining and driving solutions within our Individuals and Money Working day Group. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Apply your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to tackle a wide range of issues * Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter * Stay up-to-date with current advancements within your field * Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Assess effort and value for solutions * Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures * Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work * Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress * Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using suitable levels of outline and integration * Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation * May perform other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree * Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade * Strong knowledge of technical conditions * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies * Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners * Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals * Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate * Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks * Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all accountable work; willing to coach others to do the same * Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Workday Data Migrations * Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools * Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies * Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies * Experience with data migration and integration * Experience with data quality and data governance * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools * Strong business acumen, including knowledge of business processes and systems * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented climate * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
