This is a third-party 1099 opportunity that offers flexible hours, with all hours/shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with customer-related support questions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Use your home computer and internet connection to access our systems and tools. Participate in training and certification programs to develop your skills and knowledge. Work independently in a home office setting with minimal supervision. Meet productivity and quality standards, and adhere to our company's policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred). A high level of professionalism and a phone adequate for business purposes. Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. A willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups. Technical Requirements To ensure you have the necessary technical capabilities to perform this role, you will need to have: A CPU i5 (or equivalent), with i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron processors). An internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum and an upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum. A network latency of 250 MS latency max. An operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit). A minimum of 4GB RAM, with 8GB recommended. A home office setup with an ethernet cord to connect to your computer. A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes (Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable).
