Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Processing orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Entering orders in our ERP system via inbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS, and providing knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and inventory availability Helping customers navigate our website and place orders online, and working with internal departments to meet customer needs Resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions, and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills Anticipating, identifying, and managing potential problems, and proactively seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Reviewing customer orders for accuracy, and updating customer order and account information in our ERP system Utilizing your expertise as a Super User to conduct training for new hires and refresher training, and providing support to the team as needed Answering incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, and informing customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and other relevant information Complying with quality assurance metrics, and maintaining files for order-related paperwork in an organized manner Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary, and preparing customer reports and soliciting sales of new or additional services NetSuite Skills As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to have advanced NetSuite skills, including: Placing orders, issuing RMAs, checking ETAs, accepting payments, creating DTC accounts, and checking price and availability Working with reports, email, and financials, and managing back orders and special orders Investigating and correcting order issues, and working as a NetSuite tester to identify and resolve system issues Managing escalations and providing support to the team as needed Technical Skills In addition to your NetSuite skills, you will be required to have a range of technical skills, including: Cross-reference expertise, including searching for parts by dimensions and measuring parts Ability to read diagrams and explain complex technical information to customers Basic knowledge of starting systems and the ability to diagnose repair points over the phone Ability to use AEP ERP company websites and cross-references for parts Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose different symptoms and offer solutions Ability to place orders across multiple brands, including J&N and Stens Drive Organizational Culture At arenaflex, we are committed to driving a positive and innovative organizational culture. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to: Demonstrate a positive attitude and be resourceful in the face of challenges Communicate effectively across functional teams, and foster change and innovation Have a passion for winning and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service Education and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience A college degree is preferred, and 5+ years of contact center experience is highly desirable Leadership experience and excellent time management and organizational skills Strong business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be bilingual (Spanish and/or French) is preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands of this role include: Talking and hearing, and frequently standing, walking, and using hands to handle or feel Reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs Sitting for prolonged periods, and working in a heated and air-conditioned office environment Job Type and Pay This is a full-time role, with a pay range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. You will be required to work an 8-hour shift, with a day shift schedule of 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
