Job Overview The role of the Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for key accounts, derived from the Business Plan outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing. As the main contact for key accounts, you will serve as a liaison between various business departments and key accounts, reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Your primary objective will be to maintain and further develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and driving business growth.
