Key Responsibilities Sympathetically assist clients with navigating various post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order updates Handle a high volume of contacts, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, achieve client support efficiency metrics, and perform other duties as assigned Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and emails Listen actively and show empathy, using internal resources to find the best solution for each client's concern De-escalate client concerns, using problem-solving skills to find mutually beneficial solutions Be knowledgeable and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer questions Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to management, contributing to the continuous growth and development of arenaflex Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and be fluent in Spanish and English.
