Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. As a Business Analysis Manager, you will contribute to arenaflex's success by collaborating with cross-functional finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for a highly senior audience, including the board and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and improving our consolidated margin analyses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence peers and leaders. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative approaches to complex problems and situations, leveraging external benchmarking and statistical tools to inform sound financial business decisions. Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to colleagues to achieve business results, including mentoring junior members of the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes. Present data and recommendations to senior management, identifying valuable opportunities for growth and improvement. Perform first-level review responsibilities and contribute to the development of junior team members.
