Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our remote support team. As a key member of our customer service group, you will be responsible for managing a team of advisors who handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of customer service advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they can effectively address customer needs and achieve team objectives. Offer comprehensive training and coaching to advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge, enabling them to provide exceptional customer service. Foster the career development of team members through regular feedback and performance discussions, helping them to set and achieve their professional goals. Conduct side-by-side observations and quality assurance reviews to ensure that customer interactions meet our high standards. Monitor ticket line efficiencies to guarantee optimal response times to customers and follow up as necessary to resolve issues promptly. Analyze trends based on historical data to identify performance gaps and implement strategies to address them. Support team-specific initiatives and projects in collaboration with the management team. Make recommendations or take corrective action to manage performance as appropriate, and be an integral part of the disciplinary and termination process. Work closely with HR and Senior Management to address and resolve employee issues. Effectively interview and recommend candidates for hire, ensuring that new team members align with arenaflex's values and service standards. Respond professionally and courteously to escalated customer care requests, inquiries, or complaints to achieve a successful resolution. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing and management roles. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated capability to close performance gaps and improve team efficiency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications and technologies simultaneously. Proven ability to provide meaningful and timely feedback in a high-speed and complex environment.
