Job Overview As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of the critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. You will work closely with the IT Offices Group to deliver high-quality services, manage projects, and maintain the operational integrity of our data centers and remote communication rooms. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration of all site implementations, inventories, system planning, tracking, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical climate equipment. Support IT labs to align our customer application and engineering teams with workstations, hardware, and access to test their applications. Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all critical facilities infrastructure for data center and remote communication room equipment. Develop data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. Support the IT Offices campus fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the airport and campus facilities underground fiber ring. Suggest and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations. Manage project management of data center and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements. Determine IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities systems. Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. Capital budgeting and project management for airport critical hardware life cycle replacement. Support Corporate Real Estate projects that interact with remote communication room design/work as an IT Offices representative and on-site assessment reporting. Space, UPS power, and critical cooling capacity management. Determination of critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments. Manages the design, implementation, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms. Provides proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to facilities, remote communication rooms, lab, and data center equipment. Operational sustainability of airport critical climate systems. Develops Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) systems. Remote coordination of airport critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities. Reviews/Stores Support Records. Ensures discrepancies are remediated. Provides remote Incident Management resolution to airport critical hardware. Provides remote installation, setup, and operational support. Maintains strict adherence to change control activities. Balances multiple priorities within established time limits. Flexibility to support an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.
