Experienced Virtual Customer Care Representative – Homebuilder Customer Relations and Community Management

As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities, promoting positive relationships with customers and trade partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your Responsibilities on the Team Promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with blithequark customers and trade partners Regularly exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250 Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment-related issues Understand manufacturer recommendations for the use and application of their products Supervise and/or conduct pre-closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30-day post-close visits Review and certify the completion of each home within the assigned community Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed Be an expert in the community and surrounding area, including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc. Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of the community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage Requirements Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Valid auto insurance coverage Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management Ability to read and interpret blueprints Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel) Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Virtual Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth. As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will be required to: Work in excess of eight hours per day Operate a motor vehicle Climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds Occasionally operate construction equipment Sit at a computer monitor for extended periods Meet with building partners and receive/return phone messages Work in a construction environment under all weather conditions Why Join blithequark?
