Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations, and provide information about our brands and services Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests, following sales techniques to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Handle incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice, email, and chat Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications While no related work experience is required, previous experience in customer service or a related field would be an asset. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and be comfortable with technology and software applications.
