Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. Shift and Work Arrangements The Customer Support Representative will work an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, in a temporary position.
