Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a Cloud-based CRM (e.g., Jobber, HouseCall Pro, SingleOps) is highly desirable, as is familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials. Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Must pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
