About the Role As a member of our Borrower Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for our users. This remote, full-time, contractor role is available for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. Key Responsibilities Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of our services to our users. Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat, providing exceptional customer support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex. Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs, ensuring that our users receive the support they need to achieve financial stability. Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving efficiency and innovation within our Borrower Success Team. Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our users. Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission, contributing to the development of strategies that drive success and impact. Recommended Experience and Qualifications We are seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. A strong passion for applying your talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue of our time is essential.
