Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for designing and expanding critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be instrumental in driving business decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing key metrics to measure success. Key Responsibilities Deliver valuable data and insights to stakeholders, and engage with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals Analyze complex systems, identify trends and patterns in large data sets, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and refining end-products Characterize the current state of workflow, profile complex systems, and target areas for improvement Drive change by working directly with partner teams to translate insights into tangible wins Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn research into insight: develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau development skills Proficiency in SQL: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code transportation Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate teams towards a unified goal Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
