About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite at our Brownsville, TX location. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to concerns, and finding innovative ways to provide solutions.
