Responsibilities As a Banking Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns from our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help us continuously improve our services Upselling products or services when required to meet the needs of our clients Qualifications We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
