About the Role As a Spanish Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in identifying and assessing customers’ needs, providing accurate and complete information, and ensuring that incidents are resolved in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess customers’ needs, providing personalized solutions and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support. Meet personal and customer service team targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the team. Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, using this information to improve our services and enhance the customer experience. Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone, and webchat. Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the Product teams, contributing to the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications Native or near-native Spanish speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. B2-level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in a multinational environment. Passion for customer support, with a competitive and proactive approach to resolving customer issues and exceeding their expectations. At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Previous experience in the customer sector will be considered positively, with a preference for candidates who have worked in similar roles or industries. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used in customer support, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
