About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at our General Distribution Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Job Responsibilities Receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, evaluating, and transporting products to customers Tracking inbound and outbound shipments through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accuracy in inventory Checking orders and ensuring entry into the stock management system Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the warehouse are well-organized and free from clutter Meeting quality standards set by warehouse management Key Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Ability to work an adaptable shift schedule Willingness to work at least 8 hours regardless of reasonable convenience Ability to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, regardless of reasonable convenience Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, regardless of reasonable convenience Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center At least 6 months of experience working with automated material handling equipment At least 6 months of experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data in a stock management system Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Basic math skills and ability to count and calculate Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
