About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on the DACH region. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in the entire customer journey, from implementation to ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the voice of the customer within our company, providing valuable insights to further develop our solution and drive business success. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire implementation of our solution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and collaborate with our Implementation Consultants to ensure seamless execution. Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey, driving early value realization and empowering them to confidently adopt and configure our solution. Maintain excellent customer success by being in close contact with customers, ensuring they receive maximum return on their investment in blithequark, and cooperating with the Customer Support Advisor to resolve complex issues. Take initiatives to improve our Customer Success processes, making our customers even happier with blithequark. Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by identifying cross-selling opportunities. Work from home or on the road, with regular visits to our offices in Ghent to catch up with colleagues and stay updated on the company's progress. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you should have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company. A passion for building great customer journeys and seeing customers happy with our product. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop professional and warm relationships with client contacts. A knack for analyzing and optimizing processes, with a focus on driving growth and improvement. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
