Role Description As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our largest and most strategic customers. You will be responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring adoption and expansion, and influencing both customer outcomes and our product roadmap. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their goals and realize the full potential of our platform. ✨ Your Role Onboarding Expert: You will partner with our Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to ensure a seamless handoff from prospect to customer. Your goal will be to ensure that kickoff and implementation goals are met, and that our customers achieve the expected return on investment (ROI) within the desired timeline. Lifecycle & Renewals: You will develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and retention. This will involve defining goals, playbooks, and metrics, monitoring customer health, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions will be essential in this role. Trusted Partner: You will build and maintain multi-threaded, executive-level relationships with our customers. Your goal will be to deliver purposeful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that connect business goals to blithequark impact and establish long-term success plans. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be critical in this role. Voice of the Customer: You will surface customer insights to influence product, marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will partner with our Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Sales teams to proactively address risks and drive adoption. Your ability to gather and analyze feedback, identify patterns, and make recommendations will be essential in this role. Consultative Advisor: You will guide our customers on blithequark best practices and technology strategy. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers are using our platform to its full potential, and that they are achieving the desired outcomes. Your ability to provide expert guidance, support, and training will be critical in this role. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving adoption, expansion, and retention. 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customers, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage with senior stakeholders, including executives, directors, and managers. Skilled at communicating complex or technical concepts in a clear, accessible way to technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams, such as Security, Engineering, or DevOps, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges. Bonus: Experience in the identity or security space, or a background working in high-growth startup environments, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these areas. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $160,000 - $205,000, depending on experience.
