Our North American Customer Fulfillment team is at the forefront of this growth, and we're seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Financial Analyst on our North American Customer Fulfillment team, you'll be responsible for: * **Business Finance Support**: Utilize your financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses, drawing conclusions and making recommendations that drive results and improvements. Align financial and operational analyses with business partners, challenging assumptions when necessary. * **Controllership**: Own the financial reporting for a business area, supervising or teaching others in areas of financial reporting. Identify and solve complex data integrity issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them. * **Communication**: Effectively communicate data (written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience. Create effective business partnerships with Site Leaders, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events. * **Team Leadership**: Participate in developing and mentoring activities, leveraging diverse perspectives. **A Day in the Life** As a Senior Financial Analyst on our North American Customer Fulfillment team, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside Ops and Support teams. Your days will be filled with production meetings, labor planning, business reviews, and data-driven analysis. You may even get to pack a box or two! With up to 20% travel expected throughout the year, you'll have the opportunity to support multiple sites and collaborate with a broad range of Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. **About the Team** This role will partner closely with Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
