Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with orders, refunds, and product-related inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, chat, and emails. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services. Maintain an extensive knowledge of all products offered by blithequark, regularly updating your understanding through training and educational resources. Facilitate returns or replacements, and coordinate with the warehouse for shipping and inventory management, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Respond to customer emails from the feedback page, address customer service-related issues in Power Reviews, and moderate social media channels to ensure that our online presence is consistent and engaging. Publish or unpublish reviews and filter inappropriate content to maintain the integrity of our online platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, share product knowledge, and ensure a cohesive and efficient customer care approach. Assist customers in finding joy in outdoor activities by providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and resolve difficulties related to the website, returns, exchanges, lost shipments, and more. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as we operate in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. A passion for talking to people on the phone and working in front of a computer, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A genuine passion for the outdoor industry, associated activities, and the gear we sell, with advanced bike knowledge being a significant plus. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to effectively multitask in a high-energy environment. Demonstrated sales and soft skills techniques, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, with a consistent high-speed internet connection.
