Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in accounting, sales, marketing, or production. Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with prior office experience. Bilingual in English / Chinese is a plus. Positive work ethic for delivering exceptional customer service.
