Prepare a variety of food items, including breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Complete store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more, to maintain a clean and organized store. Qualifications and Skills: To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need: Great communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results. To be at least 16 years old, with reliable transportation to ensure that you can get to work safely and on time. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math, reading, and writing skills. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and easily around the store. A flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
