Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at our Service Center in Fort Worth - Alliance. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required. You will work closely with our Collision Estimators, handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that customers, clients, teammates, and vendors are all informed and up-to-date on the status of repairs, and that all work is carried out in accordance with blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
