Consistently update and maintain a variety of records, including product databases, supplier information, and sales logs, with impeccable attention to detail. Proactively identify and flag any unusual or inconsistent data points for further review, demonstrating a proactive approach to your work. Perform basic data organization and contribute to data reports using tools like Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with other teams to resolve any data-related discrepancies and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations. Essential and Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate for this remote role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You should possess exceptional attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and comfort with standard computer operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven commitment to accuracy. Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute. Proficiency with a 10-key numeric keypad. Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software. A strong work ethic and the discipline to work independently and manage your own schedule.
