Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring that all information is consistent and accurate. Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible. Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, protecting our critical information from loss or corruption. Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and retrievable. Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry, ensuring that all problems are resolved promptly and efficiently. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to established protocols and procedures to protect our critical data. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into various databases and systems. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
