About the Role: Customer Support Representative We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via chat, call, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience with our brand, from initial inquiry to final installation. Key Responsibilities: Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Working with customers, sales representatives, and sales management over the phone and email to address queries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, providing product information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Collaborating with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. Processing purchase orders and ordering restock of inventory to ensure that our customers receive their products on time. Maintaining relationships with customers, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Answering pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information to our customers. Executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes, ensuring that our customers are always aware of any changes that may affect them. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Essential Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Excellent follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write legibly and correctly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed customer expectations. Effective team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve departmental objectives. Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, using sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury home furnishings or retail environment. Knowledge of interior design principles and practices, with the ability to provide guidance and advice to customers. Experience with proprietary order entry systems, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
