Job Overview In this role, you will be working as an inbound call center representative, supporting multiple bank customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customers will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving damaged shipment issues Help customers navigate the website and purchase products using their reward points Book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, for customers using their accumulated points Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED (must be listed on your resume) At least 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other call center technology Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages What We Offer arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
