Key Responsibilities As an Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, in accordance with arenaflex specifications Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information about processes and procedures to customers Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, and assisting in additional team and organizational projects as required Demonstrating flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, to ensure exceptional customer service and meet business needs Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Desire to provide best-in-class customer service and exceed customer expectations Ability to work flexible hours as needed, to support business needs and ensure exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional support to customers Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
