Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800 line in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting our company's purpose and values. Assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers via phone or written communications. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Essential Qualifications Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of residence prior to the start date. 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment. Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Call Center experience is highly desired, with a focus on excellence in service delivery. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
