Contribute to process improvements and share feedback to enhance the overall customer service experience, participating in quality assurance initiatives and suggesting new ways to improve our services and support. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or higher-level support teams, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the support they need to succeed. Follow established procedures and best practices to provide consistent and high-quality support, adhering to our quality standards and service level agreements, and continuously improving our services and support to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields being a plus. You will also need to have proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
