Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Follow up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer problems Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) A USB headset and webcam At least one 15" or larger monitor Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred Ability to sit for extended periods of time, with manual dexterity and typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy A quiet and distraction-free workspace Location in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin Essential Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to promoting from within and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
