Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Provide expert knowledge and guidance on arenaflex products and services, including print, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions that meet their requirements Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment Manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and procedures Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and lift up to 55 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in a similar industry Knowledge of print, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions, including equipment operation and maintenance Experience with point-of-sale systems, financial transactions, and cash handling Ability to suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, along with possible solutions Knowledge of Quality concepts and principles, with the ability to apply them in daily activities Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
