Job Overview As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members and providers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to perform necessary follow-ups with members and/or providers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet our high service and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound calls to members and/or providers to follow up on pending issues or concerns Respond to member and/or provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Utilize multiple computer applications and systems to access and update member information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within defined parameters to achieve service and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member and/or provider issues Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience, preferably in a call center environment Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously Able to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within defined parameters Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry standards Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and providers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions within defined parameters Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
