About the Role In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide tailored recommendations. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike Collaborate with teammates, your direct manager, and other team members across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams Contribute to an infectious customer-centric culture of collaboration, sharing feedback, and operating in a culture of being open-minded to grow Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with the ability to demonstrate these skills in a written assessment Ability to multi-task, performing well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a conversation on the phone, navigating on the computer, and taking notes Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet searches to support our customers Ability to adapt to change, with flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed by the business unit High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Able to pass a background check and meet our technical requirements (see below) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Knowledge of the pet industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience with customer service software, such as CRM systems or helpdesk tools Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in Texas Technical Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: A dedicated workspace that's large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise that impacts the customer experience A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed), with the ability to test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify, with options including a smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls A willingness to provide high-speed internet, with arenaflex providing all necessary equipment, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
