Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Help customers resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance Assist in correcting billing concerns and provide payment processing support Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations and building brand loyalty Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. Here are some of the essential qualifications we're looking for: A high school diploma and/or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and have a dedicated workspace at home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Ability to work rotational shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk ticketing systems Knowledge of social media platforms and experience responding to customer inquiries on social media Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
