Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A clear, friendly, and professional voice, combined with strong people skills and active listening abilities. Excellent attendance and punctuality, with a proven track record of reliability and dependability. Previous sales experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to support your growth and development. High school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. Basic computer skills and proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems.
