Key Responsibilities Modifying the chat of our official Discord server to maintain a positive and respectful community environment. Deleting messages that violate the server's rules to ensure compliance and user safety. Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of the server's rules to protect the community. Muting users who have violated the rules to provide a temporary consequence and encourage positive behavior. Investigating reports made by users about violations of the server's rules to ensure fairness and justice. Collaborating with other moderators and administrators to develop and implement community guidelines and rules. Providing exceptional customer service and support to users, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply for this position. High School Diploma or GED is required as a minimum educational qualification. Previous experience in community management, Discord server administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
