As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding service and support to its members. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to members and non-members across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media * Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members in a professional and timely manner * Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our members * Processing and escalating customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution * Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high-quality service to members **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative in a busy contact centre environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and webchat platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a membership organisation or a similar industry * Knowledge of the products and services offered by arenaflex * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems * Certification in customer service, such as the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) or the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and webchat platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to members and non-members * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on supporting colleagues to ensure a high-quality service to members **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the development and growth of its employees.
