You'll work closely with our team to provide assistance with baggage, answer questions, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Operate shuttle vehicle to escort customers to and from the terminal building, ensuring safe and efficient transportation * Monitor shuttle request forms and cell phone for arriving passenger needs, responding promptly to requests * Assist wheelchair passengers to the airline ticket counter and from the security exit to their vehicle, providing exceptional customer service * Jump start vehicles and pump-up tires as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers * Assist passengers with transport of baggage, ensuring efficient and courteous service * Answer questions from passengers and drivers, providing accurate and helpful information * Maintain required records and submit reports of the number of passengers assisted, ensuring accurate and timely reporting * Assist in maintaining cleanliness of terminal area and shuttle vehicle, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers * Maintain surveillance of parking lot and report anything unusual, such as vandalism or parking gate malfunctions * Assist with special events as directed by the supervisor, ensuring exceptional customer service and support * Assist with snow removal as directed by the supervisor, ensuring safe and efficient operations **Knowledge and Abilities** * Ability to stand for upwards of 8 hours, with regular breaks to ensure comfort and safety * Ability to work in all types of weather, including extreme temperatures and precipitation * Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently * Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, with regular assistance as needed * Ability to prepare basic reports as required, using computer software and equipment * Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with minimal support * Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks * Ability to responsibly perform all job duties in compliance with safety and security requirements, ensuring the well-being of our customers and team members * Ability to deal courteously with the public and represent arenaflex in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and support **Special Requirements** * Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record * Pass a pre-hire drug screen and random alcohol and drug testing, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment * Pass federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check, ensuring the safety and security of our customers and team members * Available for recall during non-duty hours for emergencies, snow removal, or other required duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our services **Requirements** * High school equivalent education, with six months to one year of work experience in customer service * Basic computer operations experience, including email, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and equipment * Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record * Pass a pre-hire drug screen and random alcohol and drug testing, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment * Pass federal fingerprint-based criminal history background check, ensuring the safety and security of our customers and team members * Available for recall during non-duty hours for emergencies, snow removal, or other required duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
